Who you are dealing with

ClickCrooks is a product of ATX Works, an AGI Inc. company, operated by C. Achberger in Austin, Texas, reachable at hello@clickcrooks.com and at 13341 W. US Hwy 290, Building 2, Austin, TX 78737.

What the numbers are, and what they are not

ClickCrooks counts the visits your ads send and sorts them by a rule you set. A visit that does not meet your rule has only done less than you asked for. It is not a finding that a click was fraudulent, invalid, automated or dishonest, and nothing we show is a verdict about any person, platform or agency.

Our counts are not proof for a refund claim with an ad platform. Platforms judge clicks by their own rules, on data we do not have. What we give you is your own count, to decide with. On the Audit that includes a click list: each platform's own click ID and time for the paid visits that arrived from servers or crawlers, so you can ask the platform to look them up in its own records. The platform decides.

Nothing changes without you

No software of ours pauses, blocks or changes anything in your ad accounts or on your site, at any tier. The free count needs no login and touches nothing. The Audit needs no access to your ad accounts; if you ever choose to give read-only access, it stays read-only and is yours to remove. In the Cleanup we work in your account with you, change nothing you haven't agreed to, and write every change down with how to undo it. When one of your tripwires fires, we tell you what fired and where the pause button is. The decision is yours.

Free

No card, one site, no end date. The snippet counts, the report page shows the count, and one line arrives each morning after a day with a visit. Nothing is charged, because we took no card.

What we sell

• The Audit, $79 a month or $790 a year, each extra site $29 a month.
• The Cleanup, $2,500, half to start and half when the written answer is delivered. If the thirty days show it's working, the written answer says so, and the second half is due as for any other answer.
• A person reads your month, $295.

The Audit is not open for payment yet. We take no payment for it until its payment link is live, and the pricing page says Coming soon until then.

Prices are in US dollars and do not include any tax that may apply where you are.

What we do not promise

• That your ads will improve. We count. What you change is your call.
• That every visit is counted. A visitor who blocks scripts, sends the privacy signal, or leaves before the page loads is not seen, and a city is an estimate that can be wrong.
• That the service never stops. We watch the server. Hosting still fails and networks break. If we miss a day we say so, and if we miss enough that you did not get what you paid for, we refund it.

Everything is provided as it is. Beyond doing the work carefully and correcting what we get wrong, there is no warranty, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Your side of it

• Put the snippet only on sites you own or are authorized to act for.
• Tell your visitors, in your own privacy notice, that you measure visits with ClickCrooks, and link to our privacy page.
• Do not use ClickCrooks to identify, follow or single out a person. It is built so it cannot, and trying is the end of your account.

Paying and refunds

• Payments are handled by Stripe. Card details go to them and never reach us.
• Monthly plans: cancel any time and you are not charged again.
• Yearly plans: cancel any time and we refund the months not yet used.
• The Cleanup: if you change your mind before we start, we refund it in full. After that we refund the part we have not done.
• A person reads your month: if we do not deliver it, we refund it.

If something we did was not what we said it would be, tell us and we put it right or refund it. We would rather do that than argue.

If something goes wrong

We fix what we broke. Beyond that, what we owe you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the problem, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost business. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law.

Ending it

Take the line off your site and counting stops. Cancel and billing stops. We can stop serving a site that is used to follow people or to harm someone, and we refund anything unused if we do. Ask and we delete your site and its visits, and tell you when it is done.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute belongs to the courts of Travis County, Texas.

Changes

If we change these terms we change the date at the top. A change never applies backwards to anything already paid for.
